Oh, wow. This was really delicious, and everyone in my family seemed to enjoy it equally. Like my son said, it's gourmet-good. I will definitely make this again. It is quite quick to prepare, too, so it can easily be made even on a busy night when you don't have a lot of time to tinker in the kitchen but you still want to enjoy a nice dinner. Thanks for sharing your recipe, B&J'sGranny. This was one of my Pick-A-Chef choices, and another winning choice.

This is a great recipe. I bought huge sirloin pork chops at Costco so as you can see I used 3. One chop is enough for the 3 of us LOL I used italian seasoning. Of course, I baked them longer but I used a meat thermometer. It was so tasty with the spaghetti sauce and cheese. Thanks B&J'sGranny :) Made for the Best of 2011 cookbook tag game

I have been a nurse for 21 years and a mom for longer than that! I love collecting recipes and was excited to find this site. I am a Granny and loving it. I have a six year old grand daughter from my oldest son and my daughter is having my second grandbaby in February. As a nurse, I have worked with Hospice, done Home Health. Worked in a critical care unit for the last 13 years and am now working in a cardiac cath lab. I love it. Just to update....my grandson was born Feb. 5th. He is beautiful!<img src="http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg271/MrsTeny/Permanent%20Collection/PACSpring09Iwasadopted.jpg">
