Amazing recipe! I placed my cookie dough in the fridge and brought it out only when the previous batch was done to load up another tray, and they didn't spread hardly at all.. instead they looked perfectly store bought, and tasted SOOO much better than that! Some cookies are only fantastic straight out of the oven, and by the time they're cold, you're thinking that the calories just aren't worth it. Buckle your seatbelts kids, this is NOT one of those. These are perfectly tempting every step of the way. I'm forever in your debt, thank you!

Not your typical oatmeal cookie! Moist, chewy, soft, pretty.....I have made these several times and we don't get tired of them. They satisfy the peanut butter cookie lovers, the oatmeal cookie lovers and the chocolate chip cookie lovers.....a little of each flavor. I follow the recipe to the "t" every time. I love these cookies and so does everyone who ever tasted them.Thank you for sharing

Pretty good - they taste pretty yummy, When I tried to move or eat them before they were pretty much cooled (10-15 min), they fell apart very easily... So, as all the reviews state, WAIT until they are cool, they will “toughen” up.. Don’t overbake, just as everyone says, because once cooled, you’ll have deliciously chewy on the inside, crunchy on the outside morsels of fun. Oh, also, as many noted, I halved the amount of choc chips, and smooshed the dough down with a fork.

Reminiscent of Monster Cookies. Used 1 cup butter 1cup crunchy PB, 1 cup WWflour, 1/3 cup white flour, 1 cup oats, 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, toasted coconut, walnuts, and the chocolate chips. Baked 12 minutes on greased cookie sheet. And let them sit 10 minutes as others suggested. Huge hit; my boys just wanted to eat all the dough!

I have been tattooing professionally for 10 years.
I had my first baby in March 2005. He's the best thing that ever happened to me!
Update: Since this post, I had twins in May 2007. Unfortunately one was born with a Congenital defect called Diaphragmatic Hernia. She has been in the hospital since she was born and as of today it has been almost 8 months. As soon as we come home, I plan to start getting back in the kitchen, but it has been the last thing on my mind as of late.
2nd Update: My daughter has been home for a year now and she's been doing really well. She's still has a long way to go, but she's strong as an ox!
