This was yummy! Got rave reviews from DH and DS. I did end up cooking longer than stated as the fillet was about 2 inches thick in the center. I wasn't sure if all of the reserved marinade should be used, so I ended up using 1/2 of it. To avoid overbrowning with the extra cooking time, I turned off the stove (gas) and covered the skillet with a lid and let it steam for a few more minutes. Thanks for sharing!

Absolute Gourmet Recipe!!!! What a delicious blend of flavors, 5 star restaurant quality. Made as written but did cook at a medium/medium high setting. Served with Recipe #431838 which was a wonderful side with this. Thanks for posting a recipe that I will make often! Made for Best of 2011 Cookbook Tag Game.

Wonderful recipe! I used low-sodium soy sauce. And couldn't find my fresh ginger I used this morning. I think I put it in the garbage by mistake :( So I used dried ginger. The salmon was moist. I had to cook it less than stated cause it was starting to burn a little bit. It was cooked to perfection. Moist inside. :) The taste is very good. We all enjoyed it. Thanks Absarunnin :) Made for PAC spring 2011

I love to be around family and friends, and yet I also like time to myself. I'm very content reading, journaling, making jewelry and writing letters to friends. I have a dream of living an old fashion lifestyle of cooking using my vegetables from the garden, and only eating my own jam and applesauce. I'd love to have kids and use cloth diapers. I would love to live in a neighborhood where people regularly dropped by to say 'hello'. I love the oudoors...could camp for weeks at a time. Inland lakes are my favorite places to swim. I love to travel, but dislike the eating out that comes with it. So, I've learned to cook on hot plates in hotel rooms. I want to go to Africa. I want to make a difference. I love being around people who love what they do. I love the way music moves people. I love being married to my bestfriend.
