- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄3 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
directions
- Place marinara sauce in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
- Combine remaining ingredients together. Shape into meatballs and place on top of the sauce, stacking the meatballs as necessary.
- Lock the lid and cook for 5 minutes on Manual.
- Allow to naturally release for 10 minutes.
- Serve over pasta or make toasted meatball subs!
