  1. Great. Tossed the whole bowl of shrimp and marinade into a pan and sauteed. VERY flavorful.

  2. My husband and I love this shrimp marinade so much! We make this at least once a week. We marinade it for a half hour, skewer it and then grill it. We either have it in a salad or shrimp taco. It's delicious with this chipotle aioli sauce, avocado and romaine or cabbage: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 canned chipotle peppers 1 tablespoon lime juice’ pinch of salt

  3. excellent recipe. Made for a party exactly as written and they were gone in minutes. Definite keeper

  4. Shrimp isn't my favorite food but I decided to give this recipe a try for a 4th of July BBQ. I was surprised how much I liked it! It was very tasty and the first time I really enjoyed shrimp, not just tolerated it, and wanted more. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that there was too much of an oregano taste for me. So next time I'll just put a little less. Definitely try this!

  5. I doubled this recipe and that fed 4 hungry adults. The shrimp were very good. The lime flavor enhanced that of the shrimp and made it very zingy. A yummy grilling recipe that we will use again. Thanks.

Tweaks

  1. Very tasty! I used lemon instead of lime (didn't have any limes), 1/2 t garlic powder instead of garlic, and added a few sprinkles of chili powder. We made fajitas out of these.Perfect--thanks for the recipe!

  2. My only change was to use one garlic clove instead of three. Probably great either way.
