Bacon Wrapped Scallops

"I love making these appetizers at Christmas time. Always well received!! I'm guessing on the servings, depends on the size of the scallops."

  2. i make this often without the sauce. i made it this time as a dipping sauce, well received, as part of a new years buffet

  3. New Years Eve 2003 special treat! What a wonderful way to start the new year.

  4. Delicious and beautiful! Made as written with the addition of a sprinkling of parsley on top.

  5. This is a simple recipe that I have made many times. I just use more broth and garlic. When serving guests, I put all the scallops on a tray that has depth, and I pour the broth over. The scallops sit in the both a bit, and they taste so delicious! There are never leftovers.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
